Compare Wedding Insurance

At Wedinsure we want to make the process of purchasing wedding insurance as quick, easy and transparent as possible. So we make all our cover levels and pricing easily accessible for customers to quickly compare what level of wedding insurance cover best meets their needs.

We can't say we are always the cheapest in the market, but we do believe that for the quality of cover we provide our pricing is highly competitive. When comparing price remember to also look at the actual cover levels included and more importantly what's not included.  For example, you may find a cheaper price somewhere else, but when you examine the policy it may well be that they do not offer things like personal liability or guest liability (otherwise known as Public Liability). So when looking for a wedding insurance policy don't just consider the price when purchasing insurance for your wedding day.

Remember cheaper doesn’t necessarily mean better!  Whilst price is a key consideration for many people it’s more important to ensure that you purchase a policy that meets your individual needs and provides you with the right level of protection.  So, make sure you take time to review the full cover levels and the policy documents of any wedding insurance supplier before you make a final purchase decision.

Some key things to consider when deciding what wedding insurance cover is most suitable for your circumstances:

  • Level of cancellation and rearrangement cover required
  • Level of cover offered for supplier failure
  • The individual cover limits for each section of cover
  • Personal liability cover (also known as public liability cover) for the wedding participants and guests
  • Level of excess associated with each section of the policy
  • Geographical limitations depending on where the wedding is taking place
  • General exclusions applicable to all sections of the policy
  • Any additional coverage you may need such as marquee cover or ceremonial swords
