Please note: If your claim is in relation to cancellation or rearrangement, we request that you contact us as soon as possible, and before you make any decisions or arrangements with your existing wedding services suppliers.

Please note: All Microsoft Hotmail/Live/Outlook Customers: If you have recently purchased a policy and are getting in touch because you have not yet received your email confirmation then in the first instance please check your spam and junk mail folders. If after checking your spam and junk mail folders you have still not received your email confirmation then please let us know at customer@wedinsure.co.uk and we will resend the email confirmation.  You may also need to add us to your safe senders list in order to ensure that any future emails we send get through to you.
